The 12-Week Journey

This is a personal process. Your journey will be shaped around you — built to accommodate your needs, sensitivities and persona. The work is human-centred, with a keen eye for discernment. We will gently guide you away from any inner conversations or narratives that no longer serve you, and help you release yourself from any behaviours, patterns or thinking that get in the way of your vision, your mission and your purpose.

The programme is built around four fundamental stages of growth and evolution.

  Your story. Your identity. Your strengths. Your creative DNA. You are the diamond in the ground that we excavate — expanding your imagination and building your capacity to undo old patterns and create new ones in service of the project we work together to create.

  Vision

  We get clear on your vision and the person you must become to step into it, giving that vision architecture by getting specific about the steps and direction it demands. We take a full inventory of the mental patterns, identity loops and unclaimed voices of fear and criticism standing in the way, and work with strategic emotional, psychological and physical tools to bypass them.

  Strategy

  We build strategy by setting up programmes of action that we guide you to follow through on — sticking with what works, letting go of what doesn’t. This is how we plan your project with a practical strategy that moves you towards your vision, turning your ideas into an alive plan of action with weekly tasks you are held accountable to.

The Unsilenced Ecosystem

The Architecture Series exists within a bigger vision I have been architecting over three decades — through the films, television shows and theatre companies I have worked in, all over the globe. That is The Unsilenced: a multi-platform arts and social impact collective whose ecosystem spans film and theatre production, and the infrastructure and incubator for talent and storytelling across the arts, entertainment and education fields.
